Vesku Terms of Service

1. Current features

Vesku lets you photograph or import booklet pages, manually enter lyrics and credits, save pressing metadata, compare your editions, produce collection snapshots from your saved records, and record and replay listening notes. Catalogue Studio also creates locally arranged PDF catalogues from selected disc records and booklet images. You may choose a template and order by title, year or label. Basic data can be exported as CSV. Collection calculations run on your device. The app does not provide AI transcription or AI analysis, and there is no public social feed, posting service, following system or community-report review service.

Page notes are entered by you. Collection summaries reflect your saved entries and may be incomplete or inaccurate if those entries are incomplete or inaccurate.

2. Guest access and storage

Guest access opens one collection tied to a device identifier and creates a device-scoped service session. Email login and registration are not offered. Booklet images, notes and recordings stay on the device and are not synced to a cloud collection or recoverable by email. Keep your device and backups secure.

3. Images, text and audio

You retain rights you hold in your original notes and recordings. Only capture or import material you are permitted to use. Music, lyrics, artwork and liner notes may belong to other rightsholders; owning a physical record does not grant every reproduction or distribution right. Vesku does not grant rights to third-party content.

Microphone access is used only when you start a listening note. Do not record other people without any permission required in your circumstances. You can stop, replay and delete notes in the recording screen.

4. Permissions and online policy pages

Tracking permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings; it is not a condition for using collection features or making purchases. This version requests that permission but does not include an advertising attribution SDK. Camera, photo and microphone permissions control their respective capture features. Privacy and terms pages are hosted online and require a network connection to load. See the Privacy Policy for information about policy-page hosting.

5. Catalogue credits and purchases

You may purchase consumable credit packs through the App Store at the displayed local price. Apple confirms and processes payment. A new saved PDF catalogue uses 6 credits; rendering or file-save failures do not consume credits. The same catalogue identifier is charged at most once, and pending catalogue payment can be retried. Preview, CSV and re-export of an existing paid catalogue are free. Creating another edition costs 6 credits; deleting a PDF does not refund its creation cost. Credits never expire. Balances and transaction records are kept on this installation, not in an email account. Purchase cancellation or failure does not grant credits. Apple handles refund requests; contact us for assistance with missing credits. These terms do not remove applicable consumer rights.

6. Deleting your local collection

My Collection → Delete Account removes local login, portrait, booklet records and images, listening recordings, saved catalogue PDFs and legacy feed files, and requests deletion of the device-scoped service record. Failures are reported so deletion can be retried. Historical purchase and credit records remain for reconciliation. Exported copies, Apple purchase records and device backups are separate.

7. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Vesku useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted service, recovery of all local data or error-free collection results. Do not use the app for decisions that require professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Do not interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.
